RFID safety sensor with intelligent diagnosis function

The diagnostic system of the SRF reads a multitude of data from each individual sensor, even in series connection, and makes them centrally and flexibly available in the sense of intelligent production. The diagnostic data is read into the machine control system via IO-Link, for example, or displayed on the smartphone via NFC technology.

For each RFID sensor, 20 different diagnostic data can be retrieved and made available. The collected data enables effortless and cost-saving predictive maintenance through early fault detection and can thus prevent a potentially costly plant shutdown.
