ICOTEK's patented cable feed-through system allows you to easily install, seal and provide strain relief for pre-assembled cables with connectors. It features quick and very simple installation. Moreover, the high cable density results in a smaller surface area needed for cable feed-through.

The key feature of this system is the split frame. It uses split cable glands that enable fast, easy and cost-effective routing of cables, hoses or pipes. The divisible frame with split glands eliminates the need for manual cable modifications. Since you don't need to modify the cables, you also maintain the warranty on all your cables.

ICOTEK's KEL Cable Feed-Through System

Cables, hoses, and pipes of varying diameters can be easily installed thanks to the wide range of available cable glands. When properly mounted, the glands are securely held in place within the frame. Selecting the correct gland size for the cable diameter ensures high protection (up to IP68/UL Type 4X) and provides strain relief in compliance with EN 62444.

Fully Split Design

The KEL cable feed-through system is fully split, consisting of:

  • A divisible frame with multiple slots

  • Glands that snap into place along with the cables

Installation Process

  1. Select the appropriate gland for the cable diameter and place it around the cable.

  2. Insert the gland into the frame's slots—once seated, it locks securely and cannot fall out.

  3. Close the frame completely, pressing it tightly to ensure a high-pressure seal.

  4. The compression provides EN 62444-compliant strain relief and protection up to IP68/NEMA UL Type 4X.
