ILINOX® DE Series: The Compact Basic Terminal Box
The ILINOX® DE series consists of compact basic terminal boxes. These boxes have a sheet thickness of 1.2 mm and are available in four different dimensions: 82 x 82 x 86 mm, 142 x 82 x 86 mm, 202 x 82 x 86 mm, and 132 x 152 x 86 mm. All versions feature a stamped lid with a separate gasket, which can be closed using crosshead screws. This series is IP66 rated and resistant to shocks up to 2 Joules (IK07).

ILINOX® DEH Series: The Terminal Box for the Food Industry
The terminal boxes in the ILINOX® DEH series are nearly identical to those in the DE series. These boxes have a different sealing and lid closure system, making them compliant with EHEDG standards. This makes them suitable for use in the food industry.

Tailored to the Requirements of the Food Industry
The ILINOX® DEH series is not only IP66 but also IP69K rated — a common requirement in the food processing industry. These terminal boxes are made of AISI 316, a higher-grade stainless steel than AISI 304, offering better resistance to chemicals, oils, and salts. The stamped lids feature a separate blue silicone gasket that is resistant to cleaning agents. Crosshead screws have been replaced with special hygienic bolts to prevent dirt accumulation.

ILINOX® DS Series: Robust Terminal Boxes with High Shock Resistance
The ILINOX® DS series features robust terminal boxes with high shock resistance, rated IK10. These boxes are available in both AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel. The lid is bent from a flat sheet and then welded at the corners, making it highly robust.

Less Vulnerable and Higher Water Tightness
The silicone foam gasket is directly sprayed onto the lid. The lid is secured with flanged Allen screws that cannot be lost. These screws, and therefore the vulnerable parts of the lid, are located outside the gasket, which improves water tightness. These terminal boxes are IP66 and IP69K rated and can be cleaned with a high-pressure washer.
