ICOTEK introduces its next-generation tool-free cable feed-through systems featuring split cable feed-through frames compatible with the KT gland system. These innovative solutions stand out for their tool-free installation capability, high cable density, and effortless routing of pre-assembled cables.

The new KEL-FA split cable feed-through system represents a compact, versatile solution designed to accommodate cables both with and without connectors, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic hoses. Installation follows a straightforward process: after mounting the frame with KT-type glands and cables, users simply position the bracket and secure the assembly by pressing down two locking levers.

The system incorporates an intelligent two-stage locking mechanism. The initial stage precisely aligns all components and positions the glands correctly, while the second stage applies optimal pressure to create a secure, reliable lock - eliminating the need for traditional screw-fastening of covers. This torsion-resistant design enables intuitive, tool-free assembly, significantly simplifying retrofits, repairs, and maintenance operations while preserving warranties on pre-assembled cables.

With a remarkably slim 22mm mounting height, the KEL-FA system features an integrated rear gasket that ensures perfect sealing against panel surfaces. When used with ICOTEK KT glands, it provides high-performance strain relief compliant with EN 62444 standards. The system's multi-gland configuration supports exceptional cable density, accommodating up to 40 cables within a single frame. Its versatility expands further when combined with ICOTEK's IMAS-CONNECT™ adapter system, making it suitable for virtually unlimited applications across industries.

Constructed from silicone-free and halogen-free polyamide, the KEL-FA frame achieves IP54 protection rating, with UL Type 12 certification (according to UL 50E) currently in process. The system operates reliably across an extensive temperature range from -40°C to +140°C (static conditions), making it suitable for demanding industrial environments.
